GKYQ直(zhi)流系統(tong)(tong)接地故障(zhang)檢(jian)測儀(yi):該儀(yi)表由信(xin)(xin)號(hao)發(fa)生器(qi)、故障(zhang)檢(jian)測器(qi)和信(xin)(xin)號(hao)采集器(qi)(鉗(qian)表)三部分(fen)組成,信(xin)(xin)號(hao)發(fa)生器(qi)與(yu)直(zhi)流系統(tong)(tong)正負(fu)母線和地相連(lian),當(dang)直(zhi)流系統(tong)(tong)出(chu)現接地故障(zhang)后(hou),它會(hui)自(zi)動(dong)產生一個低頻(pin)小(xiao)信(xin)(xin)號(hao),故障(zhang)檢(jian)測器(qi)與(yu)鉗(qian)表獨立(li)于信(xin)(xin)號(hao)發(fa)生器(qi),故障(zhang)檢(jian)測器(qi)與(yu)鉗(qian)表之間使用連(lian)接線相連(lian),通過對待檢(jian)測支路漏電流信(xin)(xin)號(hao)的(de)采集、分(fen)析,從而(er)判斷(duan)出(chu)該支路的(de)絕緣情況。

一、概 述
直(zhi)流系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地是(shi)一種易發生(sheng)且(qie)對電力系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)危害(hai)較大的(de)(de)故障。直(zhi)流系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)正極(ji)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地,可(ke)能造(zao)成繼電保(bao)護誤動(dong)(dong),因為跳閘線圈接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)直(zhi)流電源負極(ji),系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)再有一點接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地或(huo)絕(jue)緣不(bu)(bu)良,可(ke)能引起保(bao)護誤動(dong)(dong);直(zhi)流系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)負極(ji)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地,系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)再有一點接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地或(huo)絕(jue)緣不(bu)(bu)良,可(ke)將(jiang)跳閘回路或(huo)合閘回路短(duan)路,造(zao)成保(bao)護拒動(dong)(dong),此時系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)發生(sheng)故障,保(bao)護的(de)(de)拒動(dong)(dong)必然(ran)導致系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)事故擴大,同時還可(ke)能燒(shao)壞繼電器的(de)(de)觸(chu)點或(huo)燒(shao)保(bao)險。
我公司自主設計制(zhi)造的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)便攜式直流接地(di)(di)(di)查找儀(yi),能(neng)夠(gou)適用(yong)于任(ren)何電壓等級(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)直流系(xi)統,配備(bei)(bei)了高(gao)(gao)精度(du)(du)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)鉗表(biao),通過(guo)對多種信號的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)高(gao)(gao)效處理大(da)(da)大(da)(da)提高(gao)(gao)了檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)范圍與(yu)抗干擾(rao)能(neng)力;采用(yong)了*計算方(fang)法和模糊控制(zhi)理論(lun),將被檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)支路的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)程度(du)(du)以絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)指數及(ji)波形(xing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)形(xing)式表(biao)示出來(lai),充分(fen)體(ti)現(xian)了人工智能(neng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)*性;對于接地(di)(di)(di)點位置(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)斷定(ding),它們(men)更是擁有準確的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)判斷力,每次檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)都能(neng)夠(gou)指出接地(di)(di)(di)點位置(zhi)相對檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)點的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)方(fang)向,從而快速、準確地(di)(di)(di)實現(xian)環路接地(di)(di)(di)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)。除此之外,用(yong)戶(hu)可以根(gen)據自身系(xi)統需(xu)要在絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)告警(jing)門限值范圍內訂制(zhi)合適的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)告警(jing)門限值的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)設備(bei)(bei),用(yong)戶(hu)只需(xu)要將鉗表(biao)上的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)檔位與(yu)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)器(qi)上的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)量程對應起來(lai)就能(neng)實現(xian)直流接地(di)(di)(di)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)或者是絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)程度(du)(du)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)分(fen)析。
此儀表不僅重點解(jie)(jie)決(jue)了直(zhi)流系(xi)統間接接地(di)(di)、非金屬接地(di)(di)、環路接地(di)(di)、正(zheng)(zheng)負同(tong)時接地(di)(di)、正(zheng)(zheng)負平衡接地(di)(di)、多點接地(di)(di)、、等疑難(nan)故(gu)障(zhang)的(de)準(zhun)(zhun)確檢(jian)測,并且(qie)還能準(zhun)(zhun)確的(de)顯示系(xi)統電(dian)壓(ya)、對滴電(dian)壓(ya)、接地(di)(di)阻值,,真正(zheng)(zheng)解(jie)(jie)決(jue)了運行(xing)及檢(jian)修人員的(de)后顧之憂。

二. 儀表的(de)構成
該儀(yi)表(biao)由信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)發(fa)生(sheng)器(qi)、故(gu)障檢測(ce)器(qi)和信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)采集器(qi)(鉗表(biao))三部(bu)分(fen)組成,信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)發(fa)生(sheng)器(qi)與直(zhi)流(liu)系(xi)統(tong)正負母線(xian)和地(di)相連,當直(zhi)流(liu)系(xi)統(tong)出現接(jie)地(di)故(gu)障后(hou),它會(hui)自動產生(sheng)一個(ge)低(di)頻(pin)小(xiao)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao),故(gu)障檢測(ce)器(qi)與鉗表(biao)獨立于信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)發(fa)生(sheng)器(qi),故(gu)障檢測(ce)器(qi)與鉗表(biao)之間(jian)使用連接(jie)線(xian)相連,通過對待檢測(ce)支(zhi)路(lu)漏電流(liu)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)的(de)采集、分(fen)析(xi),從而判斷出該支(zhi)路(lu)的(de)絕緣情況。
三、儀表的工作(zuo)原理
定位(wei)儀表的(de)工作原理是:當直(zhi)流(liu)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)發(fa)生(sheng)接(jie)地(di)故障(zhang)或(huo)絕緣降低(整個直(zhi)流(liu)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)絕緣電(dian)(dian)阻小于(yu)報(bao)警(jing)整定值),直(zhi)流(liu)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)電(dian)(dian)壓監測(ce)儀表發(fa)出警(jing)報(bao)時,將信(xin)號發(fa)生(sheng)器(qi)接(jie)入直(zhi)流(liu)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)正(zheng)、負(fu)母線(xian)和(he)地(di)之間。信(xin)號發(fa)生(sheng)器(qi)自動(dong)判斷直(zhi)流(liu)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)電(dian)(dian)壓等(deng)級,自動(dong)判斷接(jie)地(di)故障(zhang)的(de)極性、接(jie)地(di)程度,自動(dong)分析絕緣監測(ce)平(ping)衡(heng)電(dian)(dian)橋回路接(jie)線(xian)方(fang)式和(he)平(ping)衡(heng)電(dian)(dian)橋電(dian)(dian)阻大小,形成(cheng)信(xin)號輸出的(de)智能反饋,向(xiang)直(zhi)流(liu)正(zheng)負(fu)母線(xian)和(he)地(di)間,發(fa)射(she)適宜系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)檢測(ce),對(dui)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)無影響的(de)低頻信(xin)號,并實時顯示系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)電(dian)(dian)壓、正(zheng)對(dui)地(di)電(dian)(dian)壓、負(fu)對(dui)地(di)電(dian)(dian)壓和(he)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)對(dui)地(di)絕緣總阻抗。
故障(zhang)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測器檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測各回路(lu)對地(di)(di)絕緣的直流信號漏電(dian)流,并(bing)模擬顯示接地(di)(di)回路(lu)絕緣狀(zhuang)態,判斷出(chu)(chu)接地(di)(di)故障(zhang)回路(lu)(支(zhi)路(lu)),并(bing)繼續沿(yan)故障(zhang)回路(lu)(支(zhi)路(lu))檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測出(chu)(chu)接地(di)(di)故障(zhang),將故障(zhang)點(dian)準確定位。
信號發生器、故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)檢(jian)測(ce)器均采用(yong)微計算(suan)機技(ji)術,具有集成程度高(gao),判斷(duan)速(su)度快,檢(jian)測(ce)靈(ling)敏(min)度高(gao)、抗干擾(rao)能力(li)強、故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)定(ding)位準確(que)(que)等(deng)特點。在軟件處理上利用(yong)了模糊控制理論和(he)通信的(de)(de)噪聲理論,并(bing)依據直流系(xi)統(tong)的(de)(de)特點優(you)化(hua)了算(suan)法,即使(shi)系(xi)統(tong)有大分(fen)布電容的(de)(de)干擾(rao)、電磁脈(mo)沖干擾(rao)和(he)其(qi)它噪聲干擾(rao)的(de)(de)影(ying)響,也能準確(que)(que)地(di)判斷(duan)出接(jie)地(di)故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)點,為接(jie)地(di)故(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)的(de)(de)查(cha)找提供了有力(li)的(de)(de)保(bao)障(zhang)(zhang)。在硬(ying)件上引進*的(de)(de)檢(jian)測(ce)傳感(gan)器,直流信號檢(jian)測(ce)靈(ling)敏(min)度高(gao)達0. 1mA,可(ke)檢(jian)測(ce)150K-500K接(jie)地(di)的(de)(de)檢(jian)測(ce)靈(ling)敏(min)度,使(shi)多點接(jie)地(di)、環路(lu)接(jie)地(di)、絕(jue)緣(yuan)普(pu)遍降低等(deng)難以(yi)解決的(de)(de)問題(ti)迎刃而解。
